  • Mentor and lead nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes to ensure quality and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 3 years of recent acute care RN experience in the same or a similar unit
Preferred Qualifications
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification
  • Previous charge nurse experience and/or 2 years of relevant leadership experience
