Job Title: Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team at The Cowlitz Indian Tribe. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services department, you will be responsible for supervising the provision of client-centered, strengths-based, culturally responsive behavioral health services that align with our program's philosophy of care and established professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians to ensure high-quality behavioral health services are provided to clients.
  • Host case staffing and integrated treatment team meetings to promote positive client outcomes.
  • Conduct clinician orientation, training, and mentoring to ensure clinicians have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Evaluate and monitor clinical performance of clinicians and general client progress.
  • Provide clinical supervision individually and in groups to support professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to program development, quality assurance, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Support policy and procedure development, updates, and implementation.
  • Manage client caseloads ethically and in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Five years of experience providing behavioral health services.
  • Independently licensed to provide mental health services in Washington state.
  • Must meet requirements to be considered an approved licensure supervisor in Washington state.
  • Must have training, education, and/or experience providing services for those affected by substance use disorders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an integrated care setting.
  • Experience working within American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities.
