Executive Chef Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Elior Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and stocked at all times.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and effectively, reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the till point during service, adhering to established procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Perform ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 23:30 to 02:30.
