Job Summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring the highest level of food quality and safety, and implementing cost controls and inventory management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's culinary standards.
  • Manage and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to develop and implement new culinary programs and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
