Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Kapson LLC.
This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in Southern California and will work closely with our operations, finance, marketing, and sales teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with prospective customers to identify and resolve their unique needs and challenges;
- Accurately forecasting sales deliverables and KPI targets;
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining the ability to work independently;
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to build lasting business relationships, including prospecting, marketing, and pricing strategies;
- Engaging in frequent phone prospecting, conducting sales presentations and virtual demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with minimal supervision;
- Leveraging solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of our services effectively;
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both new prospects and existing clients;
- Building trust-based, professional relationships with key decision-makers;
- Planning and executing daily tasks, meeting specific activity benchmarks to close deals successfully;
- Consistently logging activities and managing customer information within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce);
- Operating with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactively communicating with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the sales process;
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience, particularly at the mid-to-senior levels, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM or SFA tools is also required.
