About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Digital Americas. As a key member of our Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in supporting product development and supply chain projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with program managers to coordinate project schedules, support execution teams with estimates, and provide project reports.
  • Coordinate activities between internal and external project resources for the deployment of products and projects.
  • Assist with team planning, meeting agendas, and daily and/or weekly status meetings, generation and ongoing maintenance of program framework, project schedules, identification of issues and risk management, including follow through to resolution, and change management.
  • Execute and implement processes and procedures that produce predictable results which minimize cycle time, on-going maintenance while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of project management experience; Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Project Server.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to provide visibility to the project as well as organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely status and issues regarding projects.
  • Broad knowledge and flexibility with multiple processes; ability to develop and execute new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product development experience in engineering or computer science.
  • Feature based development process experience.
