Production Equipment Specialist

Your responsibilities at Clorox:
The Production Equipment Specialist is tasked with the operation and upkeep of machinery involved in the manufacturing of plastic waste bags and food storage solutions.
Starting Pay - $23.71 plus shift differential
In this position, you will:
- Manage and maintain machinery and processes in accordance with established specifications and operational protocols.
- Ensure that raw materials, supplies, packaging, and adhesives are adequately stocked during production cycles.
- Handle scrap materials following prescribed procedures.
- Execute routine and specialized mechanical and maintenance duties as per training.
- Utilize hand tools to remove or replace machinery components.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and process malfunctions.
- Implement equipment setup modifications according to established guidelines.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation.
- Input quality and production metrics into digital systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Communicate safety, quality, and production updates to team members and management daily.
- Provide training to fellow Production Equipment Specialists.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible for employment in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.
