Your responsibilities at Clorox:

The Production Equipment Specialist is tasked with the operation and upkeep of machinery involved in the manufacturing of plastic waste bags and food storage solutions.
Starting Pay - $23.71 plus shift differential

In this position, you will:

  • Manage and maintain machinery and processes in accordance with established specifications and operational protocols.
  • Ensure that raw materials, supplies, packaging, and adhesives are adequately stocked during production cycles.
  • Handle scrap materials following prescribed procedures.
  • Execute routine and specialized mechanical and maintenance duties as per training.
  • Utilize hand tools to remove or replace machinery components.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment and process malfunctions.
  • Implement equipment setup modifications according to established guidelines.
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation.
  • Input quality and production metrics into digital systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Communicate safety, quality, and production updates to team members and management daily.
  • Provide training to fellow Production Equipment Specialists.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally eligible for employment in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.
