Job Overview:

AT&T is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling AT&T's products and services to customers in the field, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell AT&T's products and services to customers in the field, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on AT&T's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
