Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Premier Generators, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and promote our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide back-up power solutions to prospective customers by conducting in-home appointments.
  2. Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
  3. Negotiate and close deals, driving towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  4. Schedule additional appointments with prospective customers through networking and generating referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Love of learning and testing new strategies
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Tennessee region
  • Prior earnings of at least $100,000
