About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Pearson. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue targets in the higher education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the higher education market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, administrators, and other key stakeholders at colleges and universities.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Pearson's digital solutions and services to meet the evolving needs of the higher education market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the higher education market or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
