Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's medical products to healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products
  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about Stryker products, including their features, benefits, and proper use

  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in the medical field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Field sales training and experience
  • Successful completion of Stryker's product training program
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
