Multilingual Office Administrator and Scheduler

This position is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler for our Brooklyn Headquarters. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and bilingual individual who can efficiently manage daily tasks, ensure seamless communication with clients, and provide exceptional support to the team.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and coordinating of Home Health Aide (HHA) services
- Managing client interactions, resolving queries, and addressing concerns
- Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity
- Providing administrative support to the team, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents
- Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the field
- Bilingual English Spanish speaking proficiency
- 1+ years of basic clerical experience in a professional office environment
- Prioritization and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work 4 out of 5 weekdays from 9 AM - 5 PM, 1 out of 5 weekdays from 11 AM - 7 PM, and 3 weekend days per month
- A competitive salary of $18.25 per hour
