Home Care Services Coordinator Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Multilingual Home Care Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing staff schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily scheduling and assignments for home care staff.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure service needs are met.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve scheduling issues, and provide follow-up on client care.
  • Maintain up-to-date client and caregiver records in compliance with LHCSA regulations.
  • Utilize HHAeXchange software to manage scheduling, documentation, and client data efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare coordination is a must.
  • Knowledge of HHAeXchange is essential.
  • Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000, offering a competitive compensation package for a skilled professional.
