Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at DeskTime Talent Inc. As a BDR, you will be responsible for creating, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound/outbound leads.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
  • Enrich database with key contacts and research new target accounts.
  • Become a trusted and credible e-commerce resource in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 0 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or Sales experience.
  • Able to work hybrid (2/3 days at our office).
  • Knowledge, interest, or experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills.
