This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% healthcare paid and 12% pension.

About the Role
  • Assist in the oversight of building systems, equipment, and controls.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall facility performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations management, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
