Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Relationships Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with tenants, coordinating community programs, and developing strategies to enhance the overall tenant experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing, and minimum 1+ year of experience in meeting/event planning in government, corporate, or hotel and convention services. Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, self-motivation, and proactivity are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with tenants to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate community programs to enhance the overall tenant experience
  • Develop strategies to increase tenant engagement and retention
  • Work closely with the leasing team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage engagement expenses, vendor invoicing, expense reporting, and client invoicing
Salary:

$70,000 - $70,000 per year
