About The Role

The Building People is seeking a highly skilled Building Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with applicable standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and calibrating equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with building systems
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve issues and improve system performance
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in building systems maintenance and repair
  • Proven track record of resolving complex issues with building systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, with 2+ years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
  • Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's
