Regional Business Growth Manager

Job Description:
The Regional Business Growth Manager is responsible for cultivating new businesses and working with existing dealerships to drive revenue growth within their designated territory.
A key focus area is developing and implementing effective marketing strategies with dealers to attract and retain customers.
In addition to growing sales, this role involves:
- Conducting workshops and training sessions with dealers to enhance their knowledge of McGraw's products and services;
- Building strong relationships with dealers to understand their needs and preferences;
- Identifying opportunities to expand sales into new markets and territories;
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience). Our compensation package includes excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, and a generous 401(k) retirement plan with a 60% company match.
