Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at the NEEDS Center in Orleans, MA. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $21-$23.
The successful candidate will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of community living. The role involves coordinating and supervising daily operations, monitoring day-to-day implementation of clinical programs, and developing ISP plans.
Qualifications include a BS/BA in a related field, at least 1 year of experience working in a residential program environment, good supervisory and communication skills, and MAP Certification.
