Physiotherapy Professional Seeking Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Professional to join our team at Spaulding Hospital Cape Cod in Orleans, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapy Student/New-Grad, FT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. You will practice in collaboration with other members of an interdisciplinary team, educating patients, families, and others, and directing and supervising support personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop treatment plans that reflect an understanding of patients' ages and situations, including discharge plans.
- Revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Maintain complete and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and healthcare students to achieve stated performance expectations.
- Identify and act upon Performance Improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
- Complete additional department, organization, or network activities as per established objectives.

- For Advanced Clinician: Complete a minimum of 4 initiatives from the clinical ladder application.
- For Clinical Specialist: Complete a minimum of 7 initiatives from the clinical ladder application.
- For Advanced Clinical Specialist: Complete a minimum of 10 initiatives from the clinical ladder application.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Advanced Clinician.
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Clinical Specialist.
- Minimum 10 years of experience for Advanced Clinical Specialist.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The estimated salary range for this role is $ $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
