Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the physical therapy needs of our patients. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans that reflect an understanding of each patient's unique needs, including discharge planning. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience required for Advanced Clinician position; Minimum 5 years experience required for Clinical Specialist position; Minimum 10 years experience required for Advanced Clinical Specialist position.
  • BLS certification and Massachusetts physical therapy license required.
