Autism Treatment Specialist

Salary & Benefits

A competitive compensation package with quarterly performance bonuses includes:

  • $72,000-97,000 - Base salary

About Us

Butterfly Effects is an autism-specific ABA-based provider group offering home and center-based services across the country. Our family-centric approach aims to enhance the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage individualized behavior programming
  • Supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery
  • Conduct behavior assessments
  • Individualize client treatment goals and objectives
  • Conduct monthly caregiver training
  • Coordinate with other professionals on your clients' treatment teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
  • BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program
