About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Behavioral Technician to join Nauset Public Schools. The successful candidate will work directly with students who have behavioral needs by implementing evidence-based interventions within the educational environment.

Responsibilities include collecting relevant data, collaborating effectively with the BCBA and other providers, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency in all aspects of the position, and possessing strong communication skills.

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support student success
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
  • Collect and analyze data to inform intervention decisions

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational setting.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Completion of Safety Care or related training
  • Ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities
