We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at The NEEDS Center. As an Assistant Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Working cooperatively with the Program Coordinator and other supervisory personnel in training staff.
  • Coordination and supervision of daily operations of the program.
  • Monitoring and participating in the day-to-day implementation of clinical programs as well as ISP development.
  • Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services, and professional practice.
  • Scheduling includes evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience working in a residential program environment.
  • Excellent supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • MAP Certification is required.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range is $42,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a $3,250 sign-on bonus ($1,625 upon hire and $1,625 after 6 months of employment).
