Position Summary

Build connections and nurture relationships with both prospective and current owners. Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Wyndham Destinations while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver captivating presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers located in award-winning resorts. Establish rapport with potential and existing owners. Emphasize the travel advantages offered by Wyndham Destinations. Propel sales by initiating transactions and utilizing effective closing techniques. Receive prequalified leads from the organization. Engage in continuous advanced sales and professional development training.
Key Duties
  • Present sales pitches effectively in accordance with company policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards while achieving performance objectives (80% of the role)
  • Participate in all scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings, stay informed on sales information, materials, and industry trends, and regularly set performance goals (20% of the role)
  • Undergo initial Paid Training covering the sales process, product knowledge, and sales psychology.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ideally, 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing. Consistent production standards are required.
  • A High School Diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
