Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Verano Holdings, LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for launching and expanding our branded products in the Massachusetts market. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading cannabis company and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and maintain key customer relationships, and promote our branded solutions to increase market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Conduct market research, analyze sales trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operational partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide guidance on topics such as packaging, processing, and training.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a consultative approach and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM software and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cannabis sales experience and existing relationships with dispensaries in the Massachusetts area.
  • Experience working with dispensary buyers/purchasing managers and ability to negotiate closings and reach sales goals.
Working Environment

Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to meet with customers and partners. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
