Sales Representative

Soft Stuff Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding market share by meeting customer needs, coordinating with various departments, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between outside sales consultants, internal departments, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage daily tasks, process orders, handle customer inquiries, and assist with special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support sales quotas by promoting products and collaborating with outside sales consultants to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate customer files, attend meetings and trainings, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and security procedures to protect company assets and customer information.
- Follow management instructions, work well in a team, and demonstrate reliable attendance to meet business objectives.
- Proficient in data entry and multi-tasking to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to learn about products through training and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-train in other customer service tasks as needed to provide a high level of service and support.
- Identify and respond to customer and department needs promptly to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Able to sit for extended periods, type, talk, and listen effectively to perform job duties.
