Overview

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an accomplished Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties and their onsite teams. This entrepreneurial-minded individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with their team and customers alike. With a passion for excellence, they will maximize the financial performance of assigned communities, maintain their physical integrity, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize the financial performance of assigned communities
  • Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities
  • Frequently visit and inspect sites
  • Prepare owner reporting packages, including budgets, business plans, marketing strategies, and monthly owner reports
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence
  • Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership
  • Assure compliance with company policies
  • Review and inspect all capital replacement plans
  • Assure adherence to government regulations, including fair housing, equal employment opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and plaintiff liability
  • Recruit and retain site employees, ensuring training benchmarks are met
  • Monitor marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary
  • Oversee resident relations and social media objectives
  • Supervise all aspects of lease-up efforts
  • Review leasing and occupancy activity to meet budget and proforma expectations
  • Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs
Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent required; college degree and industry certifications preferred
  • High-rise, lease-up, and new construction experience required
  • CPM or CPM candidate preferred
  • Five years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Property management software experience (Yardi preferred)
