Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Apartment Manager to join our team at Career Strategies, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our residential properties, ensuring that our residents have a safe, comfortable, and affordable place to call home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial stability of properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, such as reports, lease renewals, and inspections
  • Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing personnel
  • Participate in community events and outreach activities to promote the organization's mission and goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Apartment Manager
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Career Strategies, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including accrued paid sick leave, medical health insurance, and a transportation subsidy.
