Inside Sales Account Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Excelligence. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with existing and prospective clients in the early childhood education space. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth within your designated territory through proactive outreach efforts and executing a substantial volume of outbound sales calls.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive outreach efforts.
- Executing a substantial volume of outbound sales calls to establish a robust client portfolio within the designated territory.
- Exceeding daily activity benchmarks and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence.
- Working diligently to surpass quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
- Employing various strategies, including leveraging territory knowledge, conducting research, and utilizing company resources, to drive sales growth.
- Advocating for the full range of company products and services to meet the specific needs of each account.
- Formulating comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the requirements of established clients.
- Gaining proficiency in understanding and articulating the value proposition of our products within the educational sector, with a particular emphasis on Early Childhood Education.
Requirements for this role include:
- 3+ years of Early Childhood Education sales experience.
- 3+ years of successful inside sales experience.
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
- Eagerness to be a part of a fast-paced environment, growing the Early Childhood market.
- Interest in growth and upward mobility.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
This is an in-office position for candidates local to our Shelton, CT office. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits based on experience.
