As a Technology Sales Manager at LDI Connect, you will lead the sales initiatives of a team of sales representatives. This role demands strategic business acumen, robust industry knowledge, and dynamic leadership to drive growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed revenue/profit budget set in hardware and managed services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with corporate goals, focusing on sustainable and recurring revenue.
  • Nurture key customer relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend customer sales calls with LDI sales force as needed.
  • Manage vendor and third-party contractor relationships.
  • Work alongside marketing to ensure that sales strategies are robust and cohesive with broader corporate branding and marketing efforts.
  • Help enhance the sales force skills and knowledge.
  • Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage sales representatives.
  • Conducts Strategy Sessions with each direct report and insures that all notes are entered into the company CRM.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years' field experience selling B2B with 2+ years supervising employees.
  • Experienced in accurately forecasting and managing the sales of a high growth business, with yearly increases in recorded sales and customers.
  • Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships
  • Ability to travel throughout the company territory as needed.
