Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Alimak Group USA, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Construction Division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Manage rental dealers, construction customers, and end users to ensure effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with National Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Responsible for account management of existing customer base to ensure repeat business and ongoing sales
  • Ensure all new business complies with Division sales strategies and margins
Requirements
  • Relevant Sales, Engineering, or Marketing bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Construction, and/or Scaffolding
  • Evidence of sales track record in a suspended product line
  • Demonstrable consultative sales experience
  • Experience in selling customized capital goods
  • Experience with international organization, multiple regions, and multiple product lines
  • Experience of contract negotiation, risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk management
