Job Title: Inside Sales Manager- Public Sales Sector

Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Directors and Account Managers in driving sales of educational supplies and solutions to Public Schools across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Inside Account Executives, setting clear goals and motivating them to achieve outstanding results.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans that not only hit revenue targets but also expand our market presence.
  • Empower your team to identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and break into new accounts.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in school districts, ensuring our solutions meet their unique needs.
  • Oversee the management of customer accounts to guarantee top-notch satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the charge in resolving any customer issues, always striving to exceed expectations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Keep a close eye on team performance, using metrics and data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies and boost outcomes.
  • Regularly report on team activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
  • Leverage data to continuously optimize sales processes and drive success.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and sales operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Partner with Directors of Field Sales to ensure seamless collaboration between inside and outside sales efforts in your assigned territories.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on inside sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in leading and growing successful sales teams.
  • Experience in the Education Sector, particularly with Public Schools and Districts, is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Public School procurement process and how to align sales strategies with educational needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales management tools, and AI-driven sales efficiencies.
