Job Overview

Sell products by maintaining and expanding customer base. Achieve regional sales and profitability goals while providing market feedback for support and development of new products within the Hipotronics product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain yearly sales goals for the territory
  • Operate as a teammate within the Sales department, pitching in where needed
  • Generate price proposals and quotations to customers
  • Provide technical documentation for the quotes
  • Interface with marketing and engineering on technical issues
  • Provide market feedback and write technical specifications for new products
  • Correspond with customers, agents, and regional managers as needed
  • Identify and report issues that may impact our ability to meet customer requirements
  • Participate at technical symposia and trade exhibitions
  • Provide written and oral reports as needed
  • Promote a safe working environment and follow all established Company safety policies, procedures, and practices
Requirements

Engineer (EE preferred) or business background in a technical field with a minimum of 5 years in technical or sales roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact and maintain effective relationships with other employees. Excellent sales and application skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, WORD, and creating PDF files, required. Willingness to help with different aspects of the business, team player. Ability to think independently, help solve problems to support our customers. Bilingual in Spanish a desire.
