Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service experiences to all clientele at our Pier 57 location.
  • Maximize ticket and retail merchandise sales while serving as a brand ambassador of the Company.
  • Correspond with guests in person, manage in-person ticket sales, and handle all retail merchandise transactions, organization, and sales.
  • Actively participate in and support box office staff duties as needed, including set up and breakdown of venue spaces.
  • Assist guests with seat changes, compile house and artist comps, and arrange seating appropriately.
  • Handle troubleshooting with guests on ticketing purchases, close out and reconcile box office transactions, and maintain a neat and tidy Concierge booth.
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer, attend trainings, tastings, meetings as needed, and maintain a knowledge of City Winery brand, history, culture, and programming.
