Job Title: Representative, PFM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Representative to join our PFM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, resolving processing problems, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational:
    • Identify and resolve processing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for client records and monthly report validation.
    • Enter Salesforce cases for client inquiries and initiate actions to research client questions or resolve processing problems.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requests and resolve processing issues.
    • Perform payer and client conversion activities, as well as coordinate onboarding activities with Account Managers.
    • Work closely with payers and banks to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Influence:
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements or process changes to improve workflow, data, and processing efficiency.
    • Lead UAC Category 1 conversations with clients to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
    • Assist clients with change management and coordinate special service requests.
    • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in customer service, data entry, and data analysis, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows, and Google Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures on automated systems and computer systems, with a preference for AS/400 knowledge.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands or arms.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear and read instructions on a computer monitor and/or printed on paper.
  • Occasionally required to stand, kneel or stoop, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Regularly required to view items at an extremely close range and must be able to adjust and readjust focus.
