Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Resource Allocation Specialist to join our team of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Organizational Success: By adeptly managing resources and optimizing staff deployment, you will significantly contribute to the success of various initiatives and the organization as a whole.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside senior management to anticipate resource requirements and engage in strategic resource planning, gaining insights into effective organizational management. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including service line leaders and executives, to ensure streamlined resource management.
  • Enhance Team Engagement: Build strong relationships with team members by understanding their preferences and ensuring their skills are effectively utilized.
  • Support Professional Development: Maintain current resumes and skills inventories, assisting team members in achieving their career aspirations and fostering their growth.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular assessments of resource utilization and devise strategies to enhance resource allocation, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Innovate HR Practices: Participate in the onboarding process and develop innovative HR strategies that improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, resource coordination, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives and directors.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and HR/resource planning software.
  • Experience in professional services is advantageous.

Work Environment: This position is remote, with a preference for candidates residing in the United States.
