  • Administer and execute HR processes, policies, and procedures related to compensation, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff regarding company policies and programs to ensure consistent application.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks.
  • Assist with the orientation process as needed.
  • Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
  • Address employment-related inquiries, diagnose issues, develop solutions, and refer to appropriate HR functions when necessary.
  • Engage actively in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Participate in health and wellness program execution.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR meetings and discussions.
  • Implement key initiatives that align with Sanitas HR strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with various functional areas to ensure alignment with departmental strategies.
  • Support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to maintain operational efficiency within the department.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
  • Understanding of employment laws and labor relations.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Working knowledge of HR concepts, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with management and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent HR certification.
  • Familiarity with Paycom platforms.
  • Certification in Human Resources or a related field.
