Key ResponsibilitiesAccommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Administer and execute HR processes, policies, and procedures related to compensation, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Provide guidance to management and staff regarding company policies and programs to ensure consistent application.
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Assist with the orientation process as needed.
- Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Address employment-related inquiries, diagnose issues, develop solutions, and refer to appropriate HR functions when necessary.
- Engage actively in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in health and wellness program execution.
- Manage multiple projects effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to HR meetings and discussions.
- Implement key initiatives that align with Sanitas HR strategies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with various functional areas to ensure alignment with departmental strategies.
- Support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to maintain operational efficiency within the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
- Understanding of employment laws and labor relations.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Working knowledge of HR concepts, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to build productive relationships with management and key stakeholders.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent HR certification.
- Familiarity with Paycom platforms.
- Certification in Human Resources or a related field.
