Farnsworth Group is in search of a skilled Human Resources Specialist to operate from our St. Louis, MO office, providing support to staff and management in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and leadership in workforce planning, employee engagement, career advancement, performance management, and policy interpretation and execution.

Foster a robust culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Assist managers with employee relations and performance evaluations.

Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes and participate in recruitment interviews.

Maintain a visible HR presence to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resource generalist is essential.

HR Certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are preferred.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the capability to build relationships and engage with all organizational levels.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, and people management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously.
