- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
- Create and edit presentations, utilizing spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
- Prepare agendas and correspondence for leadership.
- Engage in long- and short-term HR projects.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation and files.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
