Mission of the Role
Technical Support Specialists will demonstrate excellence in every client interaction, ensuring satisfaction through effective and accurate troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support for client inquiries.
- Deliver onsite assistance for both hardware and software challenges.
- Engage with vendors as needed to resolve client issues.
- Address support tickets in accordance with established service level agreements.
- Document issues and their resolutions in detail.
- Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines diligently.
Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, particularly in long-term support.
- A minimum of three years of first-level support experience in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
