Retail Sales Strategist

At Campbell's, we're committed to connecting people through food they love. As a Retail Sales Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving our sales objectives by developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. Your primary focus will be on retail engagement and identifying incremental volume opportunities at the retailer level.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and measure retailer expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer management
Identify incremental and compression selling opportunities
Adapt to retailer and market level conditions to drive business decisions
Establish and maintain a high level of retailer engagement

Requirements:
B.A. required
0-3 years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Strong technical and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Leadership skills

What We Offer:
Competitive base salary range: $47,600-$79,800
Total pay may include other forms of compensation
