Job Title: Market Sales Leader - Health Solutions
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Market Sales Leader to join our Health Solutions team. As a Market Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales function of the market within Health Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and achieve the market's annual new business goals
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, consistent with objectives set by the practice and market
- Develop and maintain a sales-focused culture across the office/market
- Identify and recruit top production talent in the market
- Work on significant and unique issues requiring proficiency in a complex area requiring a broad grasp of Health and Benefits business
- Proficient at all aspects of the health care ecosystem and alignment of Aon solutions
- Lead sales activities for a defined geography
- Coach, mentor, and assist colleagues in achievement of their personal and overall market goals
- Channel management strategy, execution & coaching, to encompass Health new and expanded sales from sales channels such as Health and Risk Account Executives (AEs), Health and Risk Producers, Strategic AEs, Innovation and Integrated Solution Leaders, Human Capital, etc.
- Coordination & execution of marketing events and sales follow-up action plans, in close collaboration with marketing personnel
- Administration of Health Sales Operations, including sales goal setting and allocation, pipeline analysis and reporting, revenue recognition, new business forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements:
- Ten plus years health and benefit sales, consulting and/or sales leadership experience
- Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Prior experience managing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Masters of Business Administration is a plus
- Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health
