Vehicle Development Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Development Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and drive business growth in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAE and project management principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CAE strategies to optimize vehicle performance;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate vehicle dynamics, energy management, aerodynamics, NVH, and safety systems into designs;
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CAE methods and project processes;
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering;
  • 3-4 years in project management with a CAE focus;
  • Proficiency in CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus), vehicle systems, project management;
  • Knowledge of vehicle development, validation, and compliance;
Estimated Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
