Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Site Lead to join our team at National Resilience. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to our West Chester site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial plans and budgets for the site, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including cost management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, department leads, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure site performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in manufacturing and commercial operations.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial plans and budgets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with site leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including Adaptive Planning and/or MS Dynamics 365.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire experience highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, with an MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical pronouncements.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year, depending on the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.
