Senior Operations Manager for AEO Services

Responsible for the design and execution of essential operational workflows and system adaptations that enhance the AEO Services division, particularly focusing on Spare Parts Cost and Pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
• Leads initiatives aimed at boosting the efficiency of the Services division, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective management of metrics, dashboards, operational processes, and cross-departmental project coordination.
• Plays a significant role in shaping the strategy for the AEO Spares division to guarantee that business objectives and strategies are met.
• Articulates complex information and negotiates both internally and externally to foster a shift in perspective. Encourages colleagues to take decisive actions.
• Partners with the Finance team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial metrics related to AEO Services.
• Possesses the capability to assess the quality of information received and challenges conflicting data for thorough analysis. Utilizes various internal and external resources beyond their own function to inform decision-making.
• Oversees a team of Contractors and Purchased Services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a services, materials fulfillment, or spare parts environment (or a high school diploma/GED with an additional 4 years of relevant experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with GEA spare parts tools and methodologies.
• Proven capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing initiatives.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Experience with GE Aerospace's AMPS Order Entry, Shipping, and Billing systems is advantageous.
