Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and register patients for services, including verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Utilize computerized scheduling and registration systems to manage patient data and ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to ensure accurate and timely financial clearance for patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
