Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance with check-in, luggage, and other requests.
  • Resolve Guest Inquiries and Complaints: Listen attentively to guest concerns and respond promptly to resolve issues.
  • Process Reservations and Check-Ins: Accurately process guest reservations and check-ins, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Promote Hotel Amenities and Services: Inform guests about our hotel's amenities and services, and provide recommendations to enhance their stay.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
