Key Responsibilities
  • Member Check-in and Support: Greet members and guests with a smile, check them in according to company procedures, and facilitate any messages on club software.
  • Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicate special events to members, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
  • Certifications and Experience: Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification, experience working with children, and certifications as local/state laws require.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Lift 10 lbs. on occasion, stand, bend, and squat with frequency, and climb and hang decorations when needed.
