About the Role

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Owner Services Manager to join our team at the luxury Clay Brook at Sugarbush property. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all property owners receive exceptional service and experience a truly unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and oversight to the Concierge and Ski and Boot valet departments, including staff hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Owner Communication and Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Rental Management and Revenue: Execute the rental management program, including rental rotation, ownership programs, and revenue management.
  • Inventory Management and Exchanges: Manage The Registry Collection inventory, coordinate exchanges, and engage inbound Registry arrivals.
  • Marketing and Occupancy: Collaborate with the Director of Lodging, Front Office Manager, and Marketing Department to develop marketing initiatives and increase occupancy and value in CB.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Arrange and manage all owner events, including setup, coordination with other departments, and communication with owners.
  • Account Management and Settlement: Settle and rectify all owner accounts, including monthly statements and income checks.
  • Software and System Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of SMS and other relevant Lodging software.
  • Front Desk Support: Cross-train and be available to help with Front Desk duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills, including Office 2000, database use, and internet booking experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
